Overseeing 11 teams across 6 projects, 5 clients, and 60 consultants. Each engagement runs 14 weeks. The work covers BI scoping, dashboard builds, and data workflow redesigns. Scoping the technical side is usually straightforward. Getting a resistant client to trust a new system nobody asked for? Different story. That part doesn't come from a textbook.
🔹 Marketing Analytics & Operations @ SMMC
Running Hootsuite analytics, content operations, newsletter, and blog production, and keeping outbound material on the right side of CFPB/FTC rules. It's the kind of work where attention to detail matters more than anything flashy.
