chore: update compatible dependencies

Summary

Rebases the compatible dependency upgrades onto or3-cloud, the current integration branch. The PR is now a single focused commit on top of that branch and does not include the older master divergence.

Updated

• Orama, Dexie, dexie-export-import, streamdown-vue, Vue, and Zod
• Iconify Carbon, Pixelarticons, and Tabler collections
• Playwright, Tailwind Typography, Node typings, Vue Test Utils, tsx, and vue-tsc
• Vue template event expressions adjusted for the newer vue-tsc event-handler contract
• Webhook test fixture completed with the security configuration now required by or3-cloud
• CI type-check now uses the repository's credential-free basic-auth/SQLite release profile, so cloud configuration validation is meaningful without requiring secrets

Newer dependency versions already present on or3-cloud were retained rather than downgraded or replaced.

Verification against or3-cloud

• bun install --frozen-lockfile passed
• Nuxt typecheck passed with the SSR integrations disabled and placeholder auth configuration
• Changed-test suite passed 4,119 tests; the release-dashboard socket test also passed when rerun with local socket access
• Webhook suite passed 5 tests after completing its runtime-config fixture
• Production build passed, including prerendering /, /documentation, and /openrouter-callback, PWA generation, and plugin-runtime verification
• Browser smoke test passed for Chat, Settings, and Images with zero console errors or warnings

Known baseline issue

The full lint command reports the same 203 findings on an untouched or3-cloud checkout. This branch does not add a lint regression; that existing branch-wide lint backlog is intentionally outside this dependency PR.
