Playlist does not set to private

Describe the bug
When creating a playlist in the program, even when you set playlist to be created as private, it is created as public

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use any command that creates playlist
2. Attempt to create playlist as private
3. Public playlist is created instead

Expected behavior
Private playlist is created when you create playlist as private
