Abstract

This comprehensive review synthesizes the current landscape of neoplastic disease, exploring its genomic architecture, etiology, and organ-specific clinical manifestations. Furthermore, it details the evolution of therapeutic modalities, ranging from traditional surgical oncology and systemic chemotherapy to next-generation immunotherapies, precision molecular targeting, and the integration of artificial intelligence in clinical diagnostics. By bridging fundamental mechanistic understanding with adaptive clinical design, this paper provides an integrated roadmap for overcoming therapeutic resistance and achieving sustained, long-term cancer control.
