Pin agent-bundle and @agent-bundle/runtime to the pkg.pr.new preview of the agent-bundle 0.3.1 release commit, rebuild the committed artifact, and drop the removed --force alias and pre-receipt adoption from the install docs.

The only upstream commit between the two is the Version Packages commit, so the rebuiltartifact/changes only in the embedded preview version and store-path module IDs.artifact/is rebuilt withpnpm build.README.mdanddocs/install.mdno longer describe the--forcealias or pre-receipt Cursor adoption. agent-bundle 0.3.0 removed both. A receipt-less Cursor directory is now refused withAB7005.Verification
pnpm build && pnpm checkpassed locally on this commit. That covers the committed-artifact check, validate, build, typecheck, Effect diagnostics, rstest (1333 passed), the route-unit suite (51 passed), browser App tests (3 passed), andvalidate --artifact.
