🛡️ Sentinel: [security improvement] Add bot protection to public POST routes

🚨 Severity: HIGH (Resource exhaustion/Abuse)

💡 Vulnerability: Public POST endpoints for voting (/api/opportunities/[id]/vote) and AI filtering (/api/opportunities/ai-filter) were lacking bot protection.

🎯 Impact: Automated scripts could manipulate community rankings by spamming the vote endpoint or exhaust expensive AI API credits (Exa/Firecrawl/LLM) via the ai-filter endpoint.

🔧 Fix: Integrated the checkBotId utility from the botid library (which is already a project dependency) into both endpoints. Clients identified as bots are now denied access with a 403 Forbidden response.

✅ Verification:

• Verified implementation against existing protected routes like /api/search and /api/submit.
• Ran pnpm lint and pnpm build to ensure no regressions or build-breaking errors.
• Confirmed botid is correctly listed in package.json and integrated in next.config.ts.
