🛡️ Sentinel: [security improvement] Add bot protection to public POST routes

Identified that the public POST routes /api/opportunities/[id]/vote and /api/opportunities/ai-filter were missing intended bot detection. This could lead to automated vote manipulation or LLM resource exhaustion (as the AI filter route uses expensive LLM calls).

I have added checkBotId() protection to both routes, ensuring consistency with other sensitive endpoints like /api/search and /api/feedback.

Changes:

1. Modified app/api/opportunities/[id]/vote/route.ts to include checkBotId() verification.
2. Modified app/api/opportunities/ai-filter/route.ts to include checkBotId() verification.
3. Created .jules/sentinel.md to document this vulnerability pattern and its prevention.

Verification:

• Ran pnpm lint to ensure no syntax errors.
• Ran pnpm build to verify system stability.
• Manual inspection of the code confirmed the protection is active at the start of the POST handlers.
