🛡️ Sentinel: Add bot protection to vote and ai-filter endpoints

🚨 Severity: HIGH
💡 Vulnerability: Public POST endpoints were unprotected against automated agents.
🎯 Impact: Vote manipulation (in the vote endpoint) and LLM resource exhaustion (in the ai-filter endpoint).
🔧 Fix: Integrated checkBotId() from botid/server to block automated traffic in both app/api/opportunities/[id]/vote/route.ts and app/api/opportunities/ai-filter/route.ts.
✅ Verification: Successfully ran pnpm lint and pnpm test:run. Verified that botid is already a project dependency.
