🎨 Palette: Accessibility Enhancements for Interactive Elements

This PR implements several micro-UX and accessibility enhancements focused on interactive elements across the application:

1. Header Accessibility: The mobile menu toggle now includes dynamic aria-label ("Open menu" / "Close menu") and aria-expanded attributes.
2. Search Input Improvements:
   • The icon-only "Clear" button now has an aria-label="Clear search".
   • Both "Clear" and "Send" buttons in the SearchInput component are explicitly marked as type="button" to prevent unintended form submissions.
3. Filter Sheet Enhancements: The "Close" button in the MoreFiltersSheet now includes aria-label="Close filters".
4. Browse Page Accessibility:
   • The main search input now has a descriptive aria-label.
   • The "OPEN_ONLY" and "VIEW_ALL" filter buttons now utilize aria-pressed to correctly communicate their active state to assistive technologies.

These changes ensure that icon-only buttons and stateful toggles are intuitive and accessible for all users without altering the technical/hacker aesthetic of the platform.
