Most folders re-org complete. Added bash script to automate some of the move/rename steps.
This readme outlines the purpose, trigger, and dependencies for the add_ip_to_fortigate_blocklist workflow, including a detailed workflow diagram.
Added execution steps and improved formatting in the README.
Documentation describes this action as a DEMO automation from the RoaringPenguin's guide.
reorganized actions, split into action folders. maintained the well-written existing docs. moved two of the more general docs up a few levels to ai-siem/workflows/docs-guides.

I'm not fully complete with my documentation refactor, though I wanted to hear any feedback from the maintainers for this proposal.
I plan to continue organizing the HA workflow docs, and updating all with mermaid.js flow diagrams.
