chore: bump workspace 0.2.6 -> 0.2.7

Lands the version bump for the v0.2.7 release (/tx block_timestamp, #66). Bumps [workspace.package].version, exact-pinned inter-crate path-deps, and indexer-* entries in Cargo.lock in lockstep. (Re-creates the earlier #67 which got closed when its stale branch was deleted.)
