edmr R package v0.6.2

Fix the bugs in plot.dmr.distr, and genebody.anno.

edmr R package

1. Pack the edmr program into a R pacakge.
2. Adding the fuzzy pvalue parameter for edmr function
3. Solve the issues with p-value = 0 for DMC.
