This pull request significantly upgrades the context engineering system and agent to support parallel, chunk-based workflows and universal AI tool compatibility. Command and Documentation Updates:

Added new system commands for session management (/session-save, /session-resume) and context optimization, reflecting the new workflow capabilities.
