Make a plugin for grasshopper based on hops definations.
Clone this repository to you rhino packages, typically found under C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\packages\7.0 When placed here the .ghuser objects is loaded into rhino, and you avoid clutter with user defined .ghuser files. Further more it gives the option to centrally manage the .ghuser files without the need for actual distribution through eg. food4Rhino.
This method is tested using GitHub desktop application for cloning.
