A "New folder" button beside "Add host" asks for a name (not blank, not one in use) and adds an empty section that says to drag host cards onto it. Folders now stay until removed rather than vanishing with their last card: the app keeps the list (in the settings store), including every folder a host is in, and an empty folder has an × to remove it.
