fix(web): contain mobile transaction evidence

Fixes the verified 390px auction overflow reported after the redesign.

• allow live auction grid columns to shrink around the scrollable bid table
• keep complete transaction hashes wrapped inside receipt cards
• add focused regressions for both boundaries
• no transaction, chain, wallet, recovery, or contract logic changes
