.root format writer for COLA

Configurable parameters:

• format - UniGen, AAMCC and COLA_native (default) available.
• filename - Output filename with the extension (i.e. name.root), obligatory.
• write_coord - Whether to write individual nuclei coordinates or not (default: False)
