Introduce a TimePicker dialog component and add time handling across features: UI (add/edit transaction, add/scheduled payments, scheduled payments list/details) now show editable time fields; ViewModels and InteractionListeners handle time selection; UiStates include LocalTime or LocalDateTime where appropriate. Domain models updated (startDate / startDate types switched to LocalDateTime) and DTO mapping adjusted. Added LocalTime.format extension, new strings (select_time / time_label), tweaked BottomSheet insets and DatePicker preview. These changes enable selecting and persisting date+time for transactions and scheduled payments.
Adds logout and profile navigation from the profile and statistics screens, and wires financial action execution into the alert sheet with loading state and error handling. Also updates theme language detection for locale codes like `en-US` and introduces the alert/logout/win icons and related copy.
Introduces PaymentRequiredException as a typed exception for payment requirement errors. Updates BaseGateway to throw this exception when receiving 402 status. StatisticsViewModel now catches payment errors, resets granularity to WEEK, and retries loading statistics. Also adds custom timeout configuration (Long.MAX_VALUE) for PDF export requests to prevent premature timeouts on large files.
