This PR pulls latest
configaddressing the API changes. This update is needed before we can continue working on ProtoData, because ProtoTap is used by ProtoData.In turn, ProtoTap depends on Protobuf Gradle Plugin, and migrating to v0.9.5 along with bumping other major dependencies, requires a new build.
