This PR adds a new GitHub Actions workflow for quick checks on feature branches. The workflow is properly configured with appropriate triggers, .NET setup, dependency restoration, code formatting verification, build with warnings as errors, and security scanning for vulnerable packages. The implementation is sound with no critical issues identified.
You can now have the agent implement changes and create commits directly on your pull request's source branch. Simply comment with /q followed by your request in natural language to ask the agent to make changes.
