feat: add Vercel Speed Insights to root layout

This PR correctly adds Vercel Speed Insights to the application. The implementation follows best practices with the SpeedInsights component properly placed at the end of the body tag and the dependency correctly listed in package.json. The changes are minimal, focused, and ready to merge.
You can now have the agent implement changes and create commits directly on your pull request's source branch. Simply comment with /q followed by your request in natural language to ask the agent to make changes.
