This PR updates the Workday OAuth2 connection guide by reorganizing and expanding the required OAuth scopes list. The changes ensure complete coverage of necessary permissions and present them in alphabetical order for better readability.
- Added missing scopes: Advanced Compensation, Core Compensation, Jobs & Positions, and Tenant Non-Configurable
- Alphabetically sorted all scopes for easier reference and maintenance
