v0.11.4 — Public OSS release

First public release. Rebrand from Monitor_05 + three honesty fixes from the v0.11.3 ultra critic audit.

Install (verifies SHA against the value on the website):

curl -L -o ~/Downloads/StarGear_Scanner.dmg https://stargear.xyz/scanner/StarGear_Scanner.dmg

Then verify SHA 256 against the value shown on https://stargear.xyz/scanner.html before opening, drag the app to /Applications, and run xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine on it (the binary is ad hoc signed, not notarized).
