Implements substring search across invoice memos with optional case-sensitive matching. Skips invoices with undefined/null memos and returns the full array when the query is empty. Closes Stellar-split#614

searchByMemoinsrc/search.tsand exports it fromsrc/index.ts.invoice.memo, case-insensitive by default.opts.caseSensitive: trueenables exact-case matching.undefined/nullmemo are skipped.Closes #614
