Build a versioned detector benchmark corpus and precision regression framework for ChainProof (#93). Includes corpus manifest schema v1.0.0, finding assertions, precision/recall/F-score metrics engine, fixture mutation engine, regression gate comparison, CLI commands, fixtures, unit/integration test suite, and documentation.
Closes #93
