The image has jellyfin-ffmpeg 4.4.1. When the input is an AV1 HLS stream with fMP4 segments, ffmpeg logs:
Failed to parse temporal unit
obu_forbidden_bit out of range: 1
ffmpeg 4.4.1 transcodes the same segments without errors when they're joined into a single .mp4 file.
I tried forcing jellyfin-ffmpeg 8.1.2 via FFMPEG_BIN - then the same HLS stream transcodes without errors.
I saw the Dockerfile has a comment "We require version <= 4.4.1", but it doesn't explain why. Is this comment still valid?
