worksheet not accessible after password change

Summary:
After I save the public worksheet as own and then do a password change the worksheet is not accessible.

Steps to reproduce:

• while logged in
• save the public worksheet as my own
• change password
• cell type workbench page displays with a 403 on the new worksheet
• the new worksheet is not in the list
• a reload fixes things

What did you expect?
I expected the worksheet to be in the list and displayed.

What was unexpected?
the 403 error on the just saved worksheet
