The public landing page buried the investigation behind a long brochure. It now opens with a condensed RED THREADS masthead and a working evidence board: selecting the award, agreement, or revision highlights a different supported relationship and reveals the record behind it. The broader campaign-direction allegation remains explicitly disputed.
The page uses licensed, self-hosted display fonts, a paper-colored document inspector, the complete approved widescreen artwork, and a shorter path into the atlas, download, and field manual. The guide shares the new visual system and keeps its existing instructions. Narrow screens get a vertical relationship and readable context; all records remain available without JavaScript.
Validation: 10 Node tests pass, including the actual homepage markup and canonical case endpoints; static site links and demo parity pass. Color contrast and font advances were checked deterministically, with two fallback-font overflow risks repaired. Browser visual, keyboard, and assistive-technology observation remain unavailable because the host's browser-policy verification service could not grant access.
Runtime, generated atlas, release ZIP, version, and shelf are unchanged.
