Problem

The v0.1.0-alpha slice must deliver validated UTF-8 SRT export with timing provenance and explicit conversion loss handling. ASS/SSA export is planned for later releases (Phase 01 or beyond).

v0.1.0-alpha Scope

Required for v0.1: UTF-8 SRT export with frozen VID-SPEC-006@0.1.0 (Phase 00 SRT subset normative).

Planned for later: ASS/SSA export, WebVTT, import detection, mux, burn-in, and broad delivery profiles remain in the planned capability queue.

Change

Complete the bounded UTF-8 SRT delivery for v0.1.0-alpha without importing later-release scope (ASS/SSA/delivery profiles).

Behavior

Before: The v0.1 SRT capability is incomplete; scope ambiguity blocks release gating.
After: UTF-8 SRT export is reviewable and satisfies frozen v0.1.0-alpha allocation and release gates; ASS/SSA are explicitly deferred to later releases.

Acceptance

• v0.1 scope is SRT export (UTF-8, timing provenance, conversion loss explicit).
• ASS/SSA and delivery profiles are marked as planned for later releases.
• Dependencies and stable IDs are linked to frozen VID-SPEC-006@0.1.0.
• Observable acceptance evidence is recorded (pending implementation).
• Security, compatibility, recovery, Windows, EN/TH, theme, and accessibility impacts are handled.
• No local Plan/ file is uploaded.
