1.0.0 rc.1

This is first version that was tested in enterprise on 60+k repos
It took about 12 hours on 6 hosts to run entire analysis
We also benchmarked against sonarqube and got 0.99 correlation with complexity metrics which i think is good result so far

Sumatoshi team currently focuses on fixing data bugs, we plan to do 1-2 more rc releases before we officially release 1.0.0
