Render: Change rendering from Euler to Quats

Description

State estimations migrating from Euler to Quats, can possibly be done nativly with three with the Euler.setFromQuaternion() command, needs to be tested.

Added firmware blockers (SunDevilRocketry/mod#101 and SunDevilRocketry/Flight-Computer-Firmware#240). SDEC support will likely be folded in to our end, and we can hold off on merging until the API side is working cleanly with you.

Will update when firmware side is closer to resolution.
