Summary
Adds a short link from the recomp's existing Online section to the separate GoldenEye Recomp
Online launcher and public lobby browser.
The text keeps ownership boundaries clear: the launcher remains a separate open-source project,
continues using GoldenEye's original System Link menus, bundles no game assets, and carries its
coordinated runtime and relay itself.
This gives users a discoverable path to persistent profiles, public lobby browsing, private invite
codes, compatibility warnings, and guided hosting while avoiding online-protocol code in the main
game repository.
