Brand architecture

Szigor defines the evidence standard. LASZLO and JANOS apply that standard in different markets while keeping runtime data, credentials, models, releases, accounts, capital state, and audit stores separate.

Brand hierarchy communicates method and endorsement. It does not by itself assert legal ownership, shared accounts, shared capital, or interchangeable operating authority.

Technical architecture

LASZLO turns Base L2 and Uniswap V3 events into bounded decisions through multi-RPC ingestion, stream and feature state, a manifest-locked strategy, explicit risk and route gates, one Rust execution boundary, and replayable ledger state.

AI-derived evidence remains shadow research input and has no order, risk, or capital authority. Only the executor can transmit a swap; Paper/Anvil and Live/Base remain visibly separate.

JANOS · US equity research

JANOS turns point-in-time market and company evidence into immutable datasets, frozen experiments, authenticated releases, and deterministic IBKR DU Paper control with halt, recovery, reconciliation, and hash-chained audit evidence.

AI may propose hypotheses and versioned artifacts; it has no runtime order path. Offline and PostgreSQL-backed controls are verified. Accepted licensed data, monitored SEC retrieval, a real DU Paper acceptance run, and Paper observation remain external gates. No live-capital route exists.

Shared engineering standard

  • Point-in-time first. Event time and first-known availability remain distinct.
  • Fail closed. Missing authority, data identity, or recovery state cannot authorize new exposure.
  • Deterministic authority. AI may propose; releases, policy, risk, and execution stay explicit.
  • Verifiable state. Datasets, releases, receipts, ledgers, and recovery evidence are content-bound.
  • Recoverable operation. Reconciliation and replay are part of the system, not afterthoughts.
  • Honest maturity. Synthetic tests, Paper controls, and pending external acceptance are labeled precisely.

Public reference systems

Fail-closed authorization, verified approval context, atomic budget reservation, and hashed receipts for AI-agent payment intents. Alpha reference; no signer or funds.

Signals, execution constraints, local ledger replay, portfolio state, and backtesting. Runnable research reference; no broker connection.

Public repositories contain generic contracts and synthetic examples. They are not reduced copies of the private research systems.
