The upload endpoint uses FastAPI's UploadFile/File which requires python-multipart to handle multipart form data. This was missing from requirements.txt causing the Docker container to crash on startup. https://claude.ai/code/session_01TQgSuvL7cHcb6XLYE2tsNy
