  • We will maintain our Windows CI actions in Windows Server 2022.

Because the default GitHub runners environment for Windows desktop is now Windows Server 2025.

We must adapt or prepare the CI actions to work with Notepad, Java Swing, etc., with Windows 11 / Server 2025
