Summary

Upgrades the existing examples/v05_ai_demo.py terminal walkthrough into a Live Observatory Console — a browser UI over the real v0.5 AI services in simulator mode.

What's new

• Interactive voice-command console (NLP, clarification, vocabulary, wake-word stats)
• Tonight's schedule with animated condition score bars for 8 targets
• Offline object ID by coordinates, catalog ID, and asterism pattern
• Sky briefing + full 12-service health grid
• Animated starfield, Nevada dark-sky visual direction, no hardware required

Closing as part of the v0.1.1 single-branch consolidation. Per-PR review verdict: stale AI-generated demo scaffolding (draft, unreviewed, repurposes v05_ai_demo.py's default behavior); nothing salvaged — the demo console remains recoverable from this PR's commits (6ec0be7) if a web demo is ever wanted. The branch will be deleted with the stale-branch purge.
