Additional comments

• Remove MaxBackupIndex for DailyRollingFileAppende in ranger.loggerr as the property is not supported
• Remove console logger from ranger.logger as both loggers have different ConversionPattern layouts, no ranger auditlogs should be in the hadoop-hdfs-namenode-*.out file.
