💡 What: Added accessible={true}, accessibilityRole="button", and translated accessibilityLabel properties to the icon-only "Call", "Edit", and "Delete" buttons in PhonebookScreen.tsx's ContactRowComponent. Also added corresponding keys to src/i18n/translations.ts.

🎯 Why: To improve accessibility for screen reader users. Previously, the icon-only buttons lacked a description, meaning a screen reader would announce them merely as "button", leaving users unaware of their function.

📸 Before/After:
(Visuals remain unchanged, but screen reader functionality is vastly improved).

Accessibility: Screen readers will now correctly announce "Call button", "Edit button", or "Delete button" (or their Italian equivalents) when focusing on these actions, allowing for clear and context-aware navigation.
