@spapas you should rather setup GitHub actions to do the publishing, so you would be just creating git tag and pushing it. these (my previous setups) could be useful:

Hello @glensc I had already done that integration but I forgot to add the tag (!) and pushed manually to pypi... I've released a new version now 0.8.2 that had the proper tagging: https://github.com/spapas/python-git-info/actions/runs/3350501881/jobs/5551350016 |
