Find new coprocessor to run on

Requirements:

• < $600 MSRP
• Must have NPU/GPU of some sort

SBCs are acceptable, but:

• mist be powerful enough to run uncompressed frames at 60 FPS while running apriltag and object detection pipelines
• SBC + camera + power solution must cost < $400 each to compete with limelight cost ($600) if including object detection

Mini PCs are preferred, but:

• Must be able to drive 5+ USB 3.0 cameras at full 60 FPS uncompressed
