USR API Documentation

The API for the application is a JSON API built in Ruby on Rails. It is hosted on Heroku and it has the following URL https://project-run.herokuapp.com/. PR are also automatically deployed on Heroku and the url will have the following format https://project-run-pr-prnumber.herokuapp.com/
