Removed the solid white background rectangle from the exported SVG so it defaults to transparent as requested.

The SVG export function (`buildSvg`) explicitly included a `<rect width="100%" height="100%" fill="white" />` as the background. This prevented the design from having a transparent background, causing issues with vector/laser software. This removes the rect element, allowing a transparent background.
