Add tree widget functionality to File manager window

Tree widget addition to file manager window:

- [ ] Tree should be loaded from root folder.
- [ ] User should be able to jump to any point in tree if it is a directory.
- [ ] Current directory should be highlighted in the tree.
- [ ] Tree view should be collapsible and should come back using a tree view button.
- [ ] Tree view & directory view should be resizable.
