URL path issue

Attempting to install Perspective 0.15.0 via brew reports:

Error: Failed to download resource "perspective (64)"
Download failed: https://github.com/techopolis/PerspectiveCLI/releases/download/0.15.0-1-g0187008/perspective-cli-0.15.0-1-g0187008-macos-arm64.tar.gz

This is due to the download subdirectory only being 0.15.0, rather than the extended information that appears on the filename.

I did regenerate the sha256, but it remains unchanged.
