The sidebar now has an option for the "suivi des etudes" which sends you to /manage

Will be used to retrieve data and to update data when interacting with the study sheet
Now we can use the update database function since the needed infomation is gathered

Currently only applies to step, cdps, type_study and title fields

The Next and Previous buttons are now on the left side of the page which avoid having to scroll horizontally to see them completely. They're also closer to the center with the sidebar opened

This PR will add the pages and features to allow the VPO to access and manage every studies (issue #36)
It will add the option to the sidebar on the left. The page would display the studies and selecting one would let you access either the parameters or the suivi de l'étude just like the cdp of said study.
