## 24-Hour Launch Soak Harness Verification (Issue #497)

The launch soak harness (`load-tests/launch-soak.sh`) was executed against staging infrastructure for a complete **24-hour continuous window** under full concurrent load to validate memory stability, connection pool health, and latency invariants before launch.
