When merged this pull request will:

  • fixed switch power state calls

  • removed power manager PFH loops, inefficient & wasted logic

  • changed power drain to only apply on power up cycles, cleaner and more performance friendly, 40% chance to deplete battery by a tick each power cycle

  • added automatic device swaps to off variants when reloading a save if a player has powered devices

  • Development Guidelines from ACE are the expected standard.
  • Title of this PR uses our standard template Component - Add|Fix|Improve|Change|Make|Remove {changes}.
