Version bump only: the changes themselves are already on main.
shell --nameandshell lsreach people as published binaries, so they needa tagged release. This moves package.json, the lockfile, docker-compose,
docs/content.json, index.html and public/llms.txt to 0.16.0, and closes the
Unreleased section of the changelog as 0.16.0.
The Homebrew formula still names v0.15.1: its checksum cannot be computed
before the tag exists, so it follows in its own PR, as with 0.15.0 and 0.15.1.
npm testpasses at the root, which is what checks these files agree.
