A small, transparent research-and-engineering shop building Terra Nova / FerrAI: a meta-framework for working with knowledge, structure, and AI systems without losing the human in the loop.
Run by Silvan Lenhard — 15 years as a Schreiner (craftsman) before turning the same patience and tolerance discipline onto software, governance, and cognitive architectures.
RC01-v12 — Terra Nova / FerrAI core framework, citable on Zenodo:

This is the stable reference point. Everything in active repos either implements, extends, or audits against this anchor.

Other repos are scratch, mirrors, or templates — not yet promoted to public surface.
Three layers, on purpose:
- Notion — System of Record. Living thinking, drafts, decisions in flight.
- GitHub — Working State. PRs as proof, Issues as the audit spine, releases as anchors.
- Zenodo — Reference Anchor. Long-term citable, content-addressed.
Public-facing artifacts go through a review gate before they leave the working state. Mistakes get logged, not hidden — see the governance docs in the main repo if that interests you.
GitHub Issues on the main repo for anything substantive. For the people-stuff: through Silvan directly.
