Change Sqlite to Ubermallow, thus updating to an optimized version of 3.11.1 which is in sync with sqlite master. This change will result in up to 1000% faster sqlite functions and fix many bugs. Additional remove javasqlite because its not actually used by android, see aosp-mirror/platform_build@58408f6
